Halloween 2016 (and Dr WHO?)

This years Halloween celebrations were marred before they got started.  Real ‘monsters’ visited Earth.  Did they come because it was Halloween?  Did they think they would just blend in with all those people dressed as monsters, zombies & vampires? Or, did they follow someone here?  And, who is the strange man with the blue box?

Portraits 2014

The annual portraits have got off to a good start and as long as the enthusiasm continues they should not take more than a couple of months or so to complete.

Considering that it takes a full day to sort out twenty outfits, another full day to sort out shoes & jewellery and at least one day to dress and style the 20 ladies it can be a thankless task.

Some of the portraits are shown on:

Doll Room

My doll room used to be very organised with boxed Barbie doll & friends lining the walls from floor to ceiling.  Undressed dolls, or dolls waiting for TLC , are stored in a chest of drawers and two wardrobes.

When the larger dolls started to arrive it was fine, they slotted in amongst the Barbie dolls, but I soon began to run out of space and I now have no room left other than a narrow walkway.

The doll room doesn’t have all of the doll boxes, backdrops, accessories and items for dioramas, they are filling up another room.  This photograph should embarrass me into thinning down my collection…
